Professional Surveys & Conservation Reports
In addition to practical restoration works, we regularly prepare professional condition surveys, Victorian tile condition assessments, conservation reports, maintenance reports, and written specifications for architects, surveyors, churches, heritage organisations, conservation officers, property managers, and owners of listed buildings.
Our reports identify defects, causes of deterioration, previous repairs, maintenance requirements, and recommended conservation treatments.
